Well, I am a 90s kid but, it was in 2004 when I stood first time in the stage in my life to perform in a stage drama publicly and that day I realised I have a soul and I am an individual. That was the beginning of self-realisation and exploring my inner “Self”. Till today the journey is going on.
In 2006, I got an opportunity to know about life skills and child rights broadly about human rights in fact. I believe this time was a great transitional time for me when my thoughts turned out from cricket and football field to child rights, freedom of speech, creativity, and democracy.
I used to write journal regularly since I started to work in theatre and this habit brought a magical change inside me. I have started to write in newspaper, magazine and wall magazine in my high school days. I started to read books out of my syllabus and write articles and poems, literally, I’ve started to love these all.
I involved myself with National Children Task’s Force (NCTF) in 2007 as the Secretary-General of Madaripur District Committee and later on elected as the Secretary-General for Central Committee in 2008. NCTF was a platform of more than 40,000 members at that time. By this time, I’ve completed my Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam with a remarkable CGPA. I think this time was a time when my confidence energised and my leadership skills boosted above my imagination ever. My perception of life has been enriched by interacting with different people in different situations through time.

As being a student of Business, I have started to enjoy “Business Studies” in my Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) life. I have decided to do my graduation and post-graduation in business. I finished my HSC in 2010 with another significant CGPA and started my University life, yaa, Bachelor of Business Administration in 2011.
I started to work with Save the Children Internation as a Child Rights Promoter before I started university life. Well, the journey of my life could be different If I missed the opportunity to work with this leading international development organisation for Children. I’ve worked for 5 years for Save the Children in different projects to monitoring and advocacy on Child Right situations. I got chances to work with development workers, child rights activists, civil society people, political leaders, journalists, teachers, children and youths of Bangladesh. I have travelled 40+ districts of Bangladesh by this time. This journey made my life authentic, genuine, experienced and visionary I would say.
I finished my BBA in 2015 on Accounting & Finance and started my full-time career in The Daily Prothom Alo, the largest Bengali newspaper in the world. Oh, I was not a journalist but, worked there as a Content Specialist for Prothom Alo Digital team. This team showed Bangladesh how to monetise the content digitally. Yaa, I got an insight into the digital business by working with Prothom Alo Digital team for a couple of years. By this time I have finished my MBA in Marketing in 2017.
Oh in 2013, I build a social service club in my home town titled Madaripur Social Service Club (MSSC) with my friends and seniors from school. This club was initiated for involving youth to contribute to social development. MSSC has four different projects which are run through the year; Project Natun Jama, Project Schooling, Project Ushnota and Project Forward.

In 2017 when I finished my post-graduation, I have also been reaching the 7 years of my job life including 5 years contractual job at that time. And I realised that the number of expertise have been grown up inside me. Communication, Project Design & Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Advocacy, Fund Raising, Creative Writing, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Partnership Management became my core area of expertise. I’ve decided to come up with a new version of me by a combination of BBA, MBA, Development Worker, and Media Professional. Ha ha ha, pretty much scary right? But, it was really motivating and aspiring for me and it was a breakthrough for me. BTW, I left MSSC in March 2019 after I elected as President of that Club.
Anyway, I have decided to apply my experience, expertise and cognitive knowledge in a real field of business. I joined a startup in 2017. That was Jobike, the country first bicycle sharing venture in Bangladesh. I have applied myself here through developing the business-operation model, ensuring the product-market fit, executing the business plan and expanding the business operation in 5 territories in the country. I ended up with Jobike in 2019 and joined in “Sheba.xyz” the largest service marketplace of Bangladesh. Strategy Development, Strategic Partnership, New Business Development, Investment Portfolio Management, and Alternative Revenue Channel Development are my core focusing area here.

Still, I love to write and travel new destinations and acclimatizing with people from diverse background, knowing more about their culture, environment, and lifestyle. I love photography a lot. My biggest success factors are my ability to work hard and critically analyze situations and think long-term before making decisions. I am a socially very active person with the intention to contribute to the welfare of society in any way possible because I believe, what matters most is the right intention not how big or small the effort is. I really love to explore new opportunities and take risks in life and learn as much as I can from my surrounding and mistakes made. I can adapt myself to any circumstance as much as I can tailor myself according to the need of the situation and still I am exploring my inner self and that would be continued…
